The URNT platform is provided for the purpose of facilitating accommodations, services, and experiences. You agree to use this platform only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe upon the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of the platform.

All bookings are subject to our cancellation and modification policies as displayed at the time of booking. Cancellation and modification policies vary depending on the property and are clearly stated during the booking process. Cancellations made within the specified timeframe will be processed according to the property's policy.

Payment for bookings must be made in accordance with the payment options presented during the booking process. All prices are in Saudi Riyal (SAR) unless otherwise specified. You agree to pay all charges and fees incurred. URNT processes payments through secure payment gateways and is not responsible for payment processing delays or failures by third-party payment providers.

The URNT platform, including all content, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of URNT or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit any content without permission from URNT.

You retain all rights to any content you submit, post, or display on the URNT platform. By submitting content, you grant URNT a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content on the platform and for promotional purposes.

URNT is provided on an 'as-is' basis without warranties of any kind. URNT is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruption.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless URNT, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or costs arising from your use of the platform, violation of these terms, or violation of any rights of another party.

URNT reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the platform. Your continued use of the platform following the posting of modified terms means you accept and agree to the changes.

URNT reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the platform at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these terms or engaged in conduct that we deem inappropriate or illegal.

The URNT platform may contain links to third-party websites. URNT is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of these external sites. Your use of third-party websites is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the URNT platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Saudi Arabia. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Saudi Arabia.

If any provision of these terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
