Located in El Rodadero, Santa Marta, opposite Rodadero Beach with direct beach access, Hotel Tamacá Beach Resort offers air-conditioned rooms with private balconies. Each of the 82 rooms includes complimentary wireless internet access, a refrigerator, and an LED television with digital programming. Bathrooms have showers and hair dryers. Guests can enjoy ocean views from the beachfront Ma Anasu restaurant, relax at the bar/lounge or poolside bar, and take advantage of room service (during limited hours). Buffet breakfasts are available daily from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM for a fee. The hotel is near Arrecife Shopping Center (0.1 km) and Mundo Marino Aquarium (0.2 km). NOTES: 1. Pet Policy Please note that Tamacá Beach Resort is not a pet-friendly hotel. Only one (1) pet per room is allowed, with a maximum weight of 15 kg, and only in exceptional cases when the guest provides a valid emotional support certificate and an up-to-date vaccination record. The pet's admission must be requested and approved by the hotel in advance and is subject to a charge of COP 100,000 per night, including VAT (subject to change without prior notice). 2. Infants It is important to emphasize that infants are children aged 0 to 4 years old and receive complimentary accommodation only. The complimentary stay does not include meals. Therefore, for reservations that include a meal plan, the infant's meals are not included. 3. Registration Documents All guests must present their original identification document at check-in. For minors, the corresponding identification document must be presented, and they must be accompanied by their parents. If traveling with another adult, they must carry a notarized authorization letter signed by their parents, and a copy must be provided at check-in. Presentation of this documentation is mandatory for the minor to be accommodated. 4. VAT Exemption for Non-Resident Guests It is very important to specify in the reservation confirmation that the VAT exemption applies only to non-resident guests who present their ID card or passport, together with an entry stamp into the country dated no more than 90 days prior, and an active tourism permit. Additionally, it must be clearly stated that the exemption applies only to VAT. The IPC tax/fee is mandatory for all reservations that include a meal plan, regardless of whether the guest qualifies for the VAT exemption.
