Located in the heart of medieval Troyes, near the Cathedral and Bishop's Palace, this half-timbered residence, with foundations dating back to the 12th century, was once owned by the Knights of the Order of Malta. Known as 'La Maison de Rhodes,' it has served as a convent and a canon's residence throughout the centuries. Its garden occupies the former site of the cemetery of the now-vanished Church of Saint Dennis. Acquired in 1998 and restored, the 800-square-meter property now functions as a charming hotel, opening onto a paved courtyard and a medieval garden.
