This Belle Epoque residence and former distillery, dating to the 19th century, have been meticulously restored by a local architect. Local materials, such as avy stone, bring soul and authenticity to the rooms and shared spaces. In the kitchen, Chef Anthony Carballo channels glorious nature, highlighting products from the hotel s vegetable garden and orchard.
