Contemporary clean design to compliment the old features of the hotel. We hope you'll be surprised by what we've done. All refurbished rooms have stunning bathrooms, super comfy beds, Egyptian cotton linen and all the 21st Century toys you would expect. The hotel can be a retreat from work when on business or a home away from home when on holiday. Here at The Bear Hotel we know a thing or two about food and wine and not because people have been coming here since the early 13th Century to enjoy the finest of both. No. We have a dedicated team of professionals who are here because they also simply love good food and great wine.. The Bear Hotel now has a contemporary new bar, a luxurious new brasserie, plus private dining room for up to 20 people.
