The Sundial Lodge, nestled in the heart of Canyons Village at Park City, offers a blend of classic mountain lodge architecture and metropolitan style. Inspired by Utah's grand mountain lodges, it provides convenient ski-in/ski-out access, located just steps from the Red Pine Gondola and 0.1 km (0.1 mi) from the Sunrise Gondola. The lodge is a 5-minute drive from Park City Mountain Resort and an 8-minute drive (4.9 mi / 7.9 km) from Park City's Historic Main Street. Deer Valley Resort is 7.5 mi (12.1 km) away, and Salt Lake City International Airport (SLC) is 34 mi (54.8 km) from the property. Canyons Golf Course is also nearby, just 0.3 km (0.2 mi) away. Accommodations, fully renovated in December 2012, include air-conditioned hotel rooms, studios, and one- and two-bedroom suites. Each unit features a private balcony or patio. Kitchens are outfitted with a full-sized refrigerator/freezer, oven, and stovetop, with some units also including a microwave and coffee/tea maker. Entertainment options include flat-screen TVs with cable programming, and select units offer DVD players or iPod docking stations. Complimentary wireless internet access is available throughout. Some units also feature a fireplace and a washing machine. Bathrooms are equipped with a bathtub or shower, complimentary toiletries, and hair dryers. Cribs/infant beds are available for a surcharge. Guests can enjoy a range of recreational amenities, including a heated outdoor pool, a rooftop hot tub, and a plunge pool. A 24-hour fitness center/boutique health club is also available. Additional features include ski storage, barbecue grills, and a fire pit. Dining options at the lodge include an on-site coffee shop/cafe, The Farm (featuring local ingredients), Red Tail Grill (Tap House cuisine), and Murdock’s family-style restaurant and Apres Ski Lounge. Vending machines are available 24 hours a day. Featured amenities include ATM/banking services, an elevator, concierge services, express check-out, luggage storage, and laundry facilities. Onsite parking is available, including RV/bus/truck parking, with some options subject to charges. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Front desk hours vary; for arrivals after 5:00 PM or 11:00 PM, guests should check in at the Grand Summit Hotel or Silverado Lodge. Please note that the property will be undergoing exterior renovations from April 27, 2026, to December 31, 2026, with work conducted only on weekdays to minimize disturbance. Smoking is prohibited in the lodge.
