Located in Mt Koya (Koyasan), surrounded by forests and eight peaks, this temple lodging (Shukubo) welcomes visitors. Dating back to the Kamakura Era in the 12th century, it offers vegetarian meals. Communal baths are available 24 hours. As a Shukubo, originally accommodation for worshipers, amenities like towels and toothbrushes may not be provided. Guests must adhere to curfew and time restrictions. Children ages 6 and under will be charged a child facilities fee, which does not include meals, Yukata, and bedding; additional payment may be required.
