Llangoed Hall, an officially star-rated property by Visit Wales, is nestled in the heart of Wales, set within 17 acres of beautiful gardens and parkland in the picturesque Wye River valley. Located on the riverwalk in Brecon, it offers tranquil meadows and woods with breathtaking views of the Black Mountains. With a rich history, Llangoed Hall is noted as dating from 1632, with its origins tracing back as far as 560 AD. The present building largely reflects the Edwardian vision of architect Sir Clough William-Ellis, who completed its reconstruction in 1919, showcasing his distinctive style with a carved timber staircase and an impressive 95-foot pillared gallery. The hotel offers 23 luxurious and spacious guestrooms, individually decorated and furnished with elegant Elanbach fabrics. Many rooms provide stunning Black Mountain views, and select rooms feature a balcony or terrace. Each room includes a flat-screen or LCD television with digital programming, complimentary wireless internet access, a direct-dial telephone, and a desk.
