Bathrooms include showers, complimentary toiletries, and bidets. Hotel amenities include an outdoor pool, bicycle rentals, complimentary Wi-Fi, concierge services, babysitting (surcharge), a poolside bar/lounge (Sweet Ginger Cafe) with pool views, room service (limited hours), a daily complimentary reception, and six nearby beach bars. Breakfast is available daily (fee applies). A roundtrip airport shuttle is available for a surcharge (24 hours), and free self parking is onsite. Express check-in/check-out and multilingual staff are also available. Onsite spa services include massages, body treatments, and facials. Laundry services and airport transfers are available at an extra charge. Note: Due to local regulations, all visitors must remain on the property during Seclusion Day (Nyepi)/Hindu New Year (typically March/April, dates vary annually), a 24-hour period starting at 6 AM.
