Daily housekeeping is available. The hotel is near Playa del Carmen Main Beach, Quinta Avenida, Playa del Carmen Maritime Terminal, Playacar Beach and ADO International Bus Station. Cozumel International Airport and Cancun International Airport are within driving distance. The property will be undergoing renovations from January 11, 2024, to December 31, 2025 (completion date subject to change), affecting the exterior. Alternate facilities will be available offsite during the renovation. Renovation work will only be conducted during business hours on weekdays. Every effort will be made to minimize noise and disturbance.
