The Bannister Hotel & Yacht Club, opened in late 2010, offers a fresh concept of casual luxury set against a spectacular natural backdrop on the shores of the majestic Samaná Bay, within Marina Puerto Bahía. Named after Jack Bannister, an English corsair, the hotel is steeped in local history with ties to the area now known as Cayo Levantado. This destination is ideal for rest and immersion in nature, providing easy access to the main points of interest of the Samaná Peninsula, including pristine beaches, scenic trails, national parks, and one of the country's most important marine reserves.
