The Eurostars Plaza Mayor is a modern and stylish hotel centrally located in the heart of Madrid, just a 5-minute walk from Puerta del Sol and 5-6 minutes by foot from Plaza Mayor. Situated within 150 meters of Tirso de Molina Metro Station, the hotel offers easy access to major attractions including the Prado Museum, Reina Sofia Museum, Royal Palace, Almudena Cathedral, Gran Via, and the Art Triangle, which can be reached within a 15-minute walk. Atocha Railway Station is just two metro stops away, and Adolfo Suarez Madrid-Barajas Airport is 16.6 km away, accessible in about an hour by metro. Housed in restored buildings that were once part of the former Frontón Madrid Sports Arena dating from the 1930s, the hotel retains its main facade and features noble finishes of stone, wood, and glass mosaics, including exposed stonework and ceramic mosaic tiles. The building is divided into two blocks with 7 floors. The hotel offers 92 elegant, spacious, and modern rooms, decorated in soft colors with contemporary decor and parquet floors. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, soundproofing, flat-screen satellite TVs (featuring international and digital channels), minibars, phones, and desks. Private bathrooms include either bathtubs or showers, a hairdryer, and designer or complimentary toiletries. Selected rooms also feature blackout curtains and laptop-compatible safes. Two rooms are wheelchair accessible.
