Bus Hostel Reykjavik, renovated in May 2025, is a lively, modern hostel located a 10-minute walk from downtown Reykjavik and a 10-minute drive from the Sky Lagoon. It offers 24/7 self-check-in, with reception and concierge services available daily from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Amenities include free WiFi, a shared kitchen, 15 bathrooms with showers, secure lockers in all rooms, bed linens and covers, a bar/lounge area with local beers on tap, a snack bar/deli, a vending machine, and a television in a common area. To-go breakfasts are available for a fee (4:00 AM - noon). Airport transfers are available daily for a surcharge. Free self parking is available onsite.
