The serviced apartments provide a 24-hour concierge and reception assistance, including luggage storage. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout, and guests can make free UK landline calls. For parking, a concession is offered with Times Square Car Park (NE1 4AD), reducing the 24-hour charge to £10 upon departure with a discount voucher from reception.
