Operating as Aspen's social hub since 1889, it offers spectacular mountain views and is conveniently located approximately 3.1 miles (5 km) from Aspen/Pitkin County Airport (ASE). Guests can easily walk to attractions like Ajax Mountain, Aspen Art Museum, The John Denver Sanctuary, Mill Street Fountain, Isis Theatre, Silver Queen Gondola, Wagner Park, and Rio Grande Park. The hotel features 93 distinguished guestrooms, each equipped with pillowtop beds, down comforters, Egyptian cotton sheets, minibars, air conditioning, cable TV, phones, safes, and desks. Private bathrooms offer separate bathtubs and showers, designer toiletries, hair dryers, and bathrobes. Indulge in rejuvenating spa services, including massages, body treatments, and facials, or enjoy the outdoor heated pool, hot tub, and fitness center, with access to the Aspen Club and Spa. Dining options include multiple restaurants, such as Prospect Restaurant, a coffee shop/cafe, and bars/lounges. Room service is available during limited hours, and full breakfasts are offered daily for a fee.
