Located in the center of Portorož, next to pine trees and above the main seaside promenade, Hotel Neptun – LifeClass Hotels & Spa offers air-conditioned rooms with balconies and complimentary WiFi. As part of the LifeClass Hotels & Spa resort, guests have access to Terme Portorož spa center via a covered passage, offering wellness services such as mud and thermo-mineral water treatments, as well as access to Sea Spa swimming pools with seawater. The hotel features a restaurant serving breakfast and dinner, and the Apollo lounge bar offers a variety of drinks. Included in the price is access to both pool venues, morning use of the fitness center, entrance to the Riviera Casino and the Grand Casino Portorož, and an entertainment program. Guests can enjoy a complimentary buffet breakfast. The hotel also offers two indoor swimming pools, a private beach, a hair salon, and wedding services. Spa services include massages, body treatments, and facials. Amenities include a 24-hour front desk, dry cleaning/laundry services, and limo/town car service. For a surcharge, guests may use a roundtrip airport shuttle (available 24 hours) and a train station pick-up service. The property will be renovating from June 30, 2025, to July 13, 2025 (completion date subject to change), affecting one of the swimming pools.
