The hotel is within a 5-minute drive of Museum im Zwinger and Museum of late Middle Ages, 1.8 km (1.1 mi) from Goslar Christmas Market, and 19.2 km (12 mi) from Harz National Park. Hannover Airport (HAJ) is 104.9 km (65.2 mi) away. The hotel features 165 guestrooms spread across 3 floors in 1 building, with wheelchair access. Each room is equipped with a flat-screen television, complimentary wireless internet access, satellite programming, a phone, a desk, a seating area, twin beds, and an en-suite bathroom with a hairdryer. Spacious family rooms can accommodate up to six guests. Housekeeping is provided on request, and irons/ironing boards can be requested.
