The resort features two outdoor swimming pools, a spa offering massage services, and a restaurant, Kinara Resto, specializing in Indonesian cuisine. Additional dining options include room service (limited hours) and a poolside bar. Guest rooms and bungalow suites offer views of either the rice fields and gardens or the pool and include air conditioning, minibars, LCD televisions, complimentary toiletries, and hair dryers. Amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, a 24-hour front desk with multilingual staff, concierge services, a banquet hall, dry cleaning/laundry services, free self-parking, and a roundtrip airport shuttle (surcharge applies, available on request).
