Poggio Cennina Resort, an agriturismo nestled in an ancient hamlet, offers a unique panoramic view of the Val d'Ambra valley and the southern Chianti region. Surrounded by 85 hectares of Tuscan countryside with woods, vineyards, olive groves, and fruit trees, the resort is located 2.5 miles from Bucine center, with Bucine Train Station a 10-minute drive away. The resort features rustic-style rooms and apartments, each with an independent entrance, air conditioning, and a private garden. Some accommodations boast ceilings with windows for stargazing. Apartments include a living/dining area, a kitchen or kitchenette, and one or two bedrooms and bathrooms. All accommodations provide complimentary wireless internet access, satellite TV, a minibar or refrigerator, and an electric kettle or coffee/tea maker. Private bathrooms come with showers, bidets, and complimentary toiletries. Safes and desks are also available, and daily housekeeping is provided. Guests can enjoy an outdoor pool, a hot tub, and an attached winery. Recreational facilities include a gym, tennis courts, and football pitches (fees may apply for court usage). Dining options include a snack bar/deli, a bar/lounge, and a poolside bar. Buffet or continental breakfast is available daily, with some options incurring a fee. Mandatory costs to be paid locally include a security deposit of €150.00 and a final cleaning fee of €20.00 per person for apartments and villas.
