The resort is centrally located in Siem Reap, a 5-minute drive from Pub Street and Angkor Night Market, and within a 5-minute radius of Siem Reap city center and Angkor International Airport (47.9 km/29.8 mi). Nearby attractions include Angkor Wat (4.8 mi/7.7 km), National Road 6, Cambodian Cultural Village, Angkor Eye, and various other points of interest within a 3.9 km/2.4 mi radius. Amenities include a 24-hour reception, currency exchange, elevator, bar, cafe (Crown Cafe Restaurant serving Khmer and Western cuisine), conference facilities, free Wi-Fi, room service, laundry facilities, free self parking, a business center, express check-in/check-out, a full-service spa offering massages and other treatments, an outdoor swimming pool (note: unavailable June 21 - July 31, 2025, dates subject to change), a hot tub, a fitness center, a sauna, and a steam room.
