The resort offers direct access to Alpensia Ski Resort (0.2 km) and is a short drive from Yongpyong Ski Resort (3.6 km). It is approximately 3.5 hours from Incheon International Airport and 2.5 hours from Seoul, with DaeKwalLyeong IC just 10 minutes away. Gangneung's coastline and Gyeongpo Beach are within a 20 to 60-minute drive. Guests can enjoy direct access to ski slopes in winter and a private 27-hole golf course in summer, both within a 5-minute drive. The resort also features Ocean 700, a year-round indoor water park with wave pools, waterslides, and a lazy river, located 0.6 km away (surcharge may apply). The resort offers 214 individually decorated guestrooms, many with fine views and private balconies or terraces. Each room is equipped with air conditioning, a flat-screen cable TV, refrigerator, and complimentary wired and wireless internet access. Selected rooms feature Ondol (Korean heated flooring).
