These stylish apartments, located in the heart of Venice, are just steps from the Grand Canal and Teatro La Fenice, a six-minute walk from Piazza San Marco, and 200 meters from the Campo Santo Stefano antique market. Each apartment (50-75 sq m) features a fully equipped kitchen, a contemporary bathroom with complimentary toiletries, a living/dining area with an LCD TV and free Wi-Fi, and air conditioning. Some apartments include a balcony or terrace. Ironing facilities and a washing machine are available. Reception is open 9 AM to 3 PM; contact at least three days prior to arrival to confirm your arrival time. A cleaning fee of €15.00 per person (minimum €30.00 per stay), a daily utility fee of €10.00 per room, and a city tax of €2.00 per person per day apply. The Sant'Angelo water bus stop is a 5-minute walk away, and Santa Lucia Station is 2 km away. On-site staff provides personalized assistance and luggage storage.
